After managing a business for 42 years, his love of cars and hotrods lead him to opening Nostalgia Garage. He has assembled a team of talented people who have the same love of cars and hotrods that he does. His favorite cars are the Tri-Five Chevys. He currently owns a 1954 Studebaker, 1955 Chevy HT and a 1969 Chevelle.
Tony has 20 years of experience including 3 years of experience at Nostalgia Garage. Tony is one of the first mechanics to work for Nostalgia Garage. He has watched the company expand each year. Tony directs and oversees the daily operations of Nostalgia Garage. He works with the customers in planning the build for their car and translates this to the builders in the shop. Tony’s fabrication skills, knowledge and experience go a long way helping the shop produce high end, quality custom cars. Tony enjoys working on 1960 or earlier American cars. Tony’s favorite vehicle is his 1960 Plymouth Savoy.
Nelson has 30 years of custom metalwork and painting as part of his history with a total of 44 years fabrication experience. Nelson oversees the paint shop, the build shop, and does assembly work. Nelson enjoys working on vehicles that are pre-1970. Nelson’s favorite car is the 40 Willyes that he built. Nelson is I-Car certified, has multiple collision repair certificates, and has received awards with his paint and custom work that he has done. Prior to working at Nostalgia Garage, Nelson owned a hotrod shop for 20 years.
He has 36 years of mechanical experience. Harry specialized in drivability and electrical diagnostic for 15 years. Harry became part of the family at Nostalgia Garage in March 2015. Harry enjoys working on a variety of American cars that were made in 1974 or earlier. Harry’s first car was a ‘64 Chevy Impala Wagon that he purchased at the age of 14 with money he earned cutting lawns. Harry has also built his own brown ‘71 Pontiac LeMans. Harry is ASE certified in engine repair, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical/ electronic systems, heating & air conditioning, and engine performance.
Ritchie has been working with cars for 5 years. He has been with Nostalgia Garage for 3 years. Ritchie grew up with a family who loves working on cars. Not only is Ritchie part of the Nostalgia Garage family, he is Tony Reynolds’ nephew. These two family members work wonderfully together and bring a sense of family importance to Nostalgia Garage. Ritchie enjoys building custom cars. His favorite car is the car he currently owns – a 1968 Plymouth Fury Wagon.
